On the date selection page, please be sure to pick the same date that you requested in this Subscription order. On the next page you can pick specific seats in the Premium section for that performance. The upper row on the diagram is the front row.

In the example below, two seats in the middle of the front row are already taken, but you can click on any of the others and confirm them, so that they have a check-mark. Again, be sure to mark the correct number of seats.

In the event that your desired seats are no longer available for your previously-chosen date, you are free to go back and pick any other date, or abort the upgrade process and let us know, and we will issue open-seating tickets for your selected date.

Once you have selected your seats, move to the next page, where you will see the summary of your order (still at full price) plus a clickable option to enter a Promo Code, as shown below marked in red.

Click where indicated and enter the code JLPUPGRADE in the resulting box (all upper-case), like this:

You should then see the total updated to $13 per seat, as follows:

Then proceed with the rest of the purchase.

The resulting tickets are your actual tickets for that production. Your open-seating tickets for the remaining production will be issued separately.
