We ask all audience members to be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before attending a performance.

If you are unable to attend a performance due to illness, we will be happy to exchange your ticket(s) for another performance, subject to availability, or to provide a refund in the form of a voucher good for future NTC ticket or subscription purchases.
